You could try to use wget from the cygwin tools (Www.cygwin.org). Install on your IIS server, then use 'scheduled tasks' or the AT service to run wget periodically and have the files deposited in the IIS wwwroot directory. I think I recall a zope tool that can do this also, but the name escapes me...
