I'd like to take this opportunity to request that the CHANGES file be re-ordered, so that the newest changes are at the top of the file, as opposed to somewhere towards the bottom, and perhaps dropping the various 2.1.x changes, moving them to a HISTORY file. It is quite annoying to have to scroll down to see the recent changes.
