I read somewhere that there is a management header. I created a custom form for adding properties and I want to include the correct header. Can anyone tell me what it is?

The two you want are 'manage_page_header' and 'manage_page_footer'. You can see examples of other management pages (with these headers included) in your Zope/lib/python/OFS/dtml directory. --jcc (standard footer)
