Sheesh. I've only just discovered this is possible. I did try selecting multiple files, but Zope only exported the first one. The trick is (wait for it) to export an entire folder (I assumed this would only export the folder as opposed to its contents). So if you have multiple files, cut and paste them into a temporary folder and then export the whole folder.
