Has anyone interfaced Zope/python to CyberCash or a similar credi t card processing solution? t card processing solution?
I'm planning to do this in the next month. Any tips/code would be appreciated.
Jay, Unfortunately I have not... but I am very much in need of it. I have -at last- got a contract from a bank to do CyberCash, but meanwhile my whole situation has changed... I would like to do this in Zope, so probably most of the available code (Perl/Linux Binaries...) is not so much help. I would most be interested in having a CyberCash solution at the moment. If I can be of any help... let me know Jochen At 16:13 Uhr +1100 09.02.2000, Jay, Dylan wrote:

Some time in the latter part of the year last year, Scott Robertson at CodeIt released a product for dealing with CyberCash. I'm not sure if it's up on the current Zope.org site, but you may want to take a look. (Look in the ZCommerce archives for a message about it.) no, something like that is probably not online at the new Zope.org. Unfortunately I can't find it mentioned in the thread-list of ZCommerce, either... ... I went to the old Zope Site at <http://classic.zope.org:8080/Download/Contrib> and found it mentioned as the WampumGenerator.... With this knowledge you can find some discussion on it in the ZCommerce Archives on how to get it to work - but not initial posting about the why and how on it. Is there anything available? Jochen

The package itself has a REAMDE.txt and an INSTALL.txt that should explain everything you need to get it working. The README.txt is pretty much word for word the initial release posting. Let us know if you need any help with it. -- Nick Garcia | ngarcia@codeit.com CodeIt Computing | http://codeit.com

I've gone ahead and uploaded the Wampum Generator to the new Zope.org. This has been long overdue. Until its approved and gets listed on the Contributed Software list, it can be accessed at: http://www.zope.org/Members/ngarcia/WampumGenerator Any questions/comments/patches/flames/requests etc... can be sent to sroberts@codeit.com :) -- Nick Garcia | ngarcia@codeit.com CodeIt Computing | http://codeit.com
