I haven't been able to open an ODBC connection to an Oracle 7.3 database under Zope 2. It used to work under 1.10.3. I've tried upgrading everything to no avail: Zope 2.0, ZODBC DA 3.01b2, NT Service Pack 5. The peculiar thing is that ODBC connections to a SQL Server 6.5 database work fine. I wrote an External Method that opens a connection though the odbc module and it too fails when connecting to Oracle but works with SQL Server! Does anybody have any insights?
