Does anyone have an example httpd.conf (or just the virtual hosting section) for Apache 2 virtual hosting, that works using either the ProxyPass / ProxyPassReverse or mod_rewrite methods? What works under Apache 1.x just does not seem to work (for me) with Apache 2.
