I particularly like the fact that they favor Python as the embedded scripting lang. for transforms. :) However, it is Gtk+, GNOME-based, which excludes Windows folks. Cocoon, being Java-based, promises more of a cross-platform approach (http://xml.apache.org/cocoon).
