[BlueBream] Translating documentation site to different languages

Hi,

we are developing our first bluebream application right now (at the moment 25000 loc, at the end about 300000 loc). Maybe we can provide some german documentation and additional tutorials in the next time.

New tutorials could be design (skinning, theming), workflow, security, z3c.form ...
