While working on TTW tools for development, please remember
what Paul Carduner and Roger Ineichen said here:
https://mail.zope.org/pipermail/zope3-users/2008-June/007927.html
This applies to Ice Control and Rotterdam skins.

We can improve the TTW tools which helps administration tasks.
But this need not be a complete TTW development platform.

Are you looking for web based IDE like Web2py:
http://web2py.com/book/default/chapter/03
or a TTW development platform like Zope 2 ?
