[ZF] New committer invitations

There was a bug in the script I wrote to identify people to receive
committer-member invitations.  I had missed inviting a bunch of people
who should have been invited.

I just sent out a new batch of invitations to folks who committed
to the zope.org repository between Jan 1, 2005 and May 11, 2006
and who haven't already submitted Foundation committer agreements.

If you haven't received an invitation and think you should have,
please contact me as soon as possible.
