[ZF] Official Packages / ZSCP / Development process

Hey,

I lost this thread in my mail and it kind of stopped silently,
unfortunately.

I skimmed over the document of the ZSCP and wonder whether this is a
coordinated active effort endorsed by the ZF. Is it?

If yes, I'll just shut up and wait what happens. The goals are not
directly my goals and it still seems overdesigned to me and I'd be
afraid to loose huge amounts of time with this.

If not, I'd wonder when we can start working on the development process
issues (in a lightweight way).
