No, I don't think there are tools in Mailman to remove this post and I would 
not even have the administrative rights to do this.

Further, I would be unwilling to delete the post for ethical reasons. Stephane 
asked publically for help and received free advice. This advice might be 
useful to other users of the software.

I CCed the Zope Foundation mailing list on this conversation for record 
keeping.
