I think that pushing the site is the right thing to do here, unless
there is some issue with trusting that they actually get funds to the
developers.

We might figure out if they have an XML-RPC / REST API we could use to
get projects / bounty pleges over to their site (it might just be easier
to replicate their forms, or even just link the project pages we care
about).
