[ZF] Repository choice: Please indicate your preference until Sunday 9/23

My choice is #2 (GitHub only), if the legal requirements regarding
copyright can be solved satisfactorily. It seems the Plone foundation
has found a way to do that, since they're using GitHub, so I'm hopeful there.
