Jan Ulrich asks good questions and Sebastian gives good answers. I think 
we're on the right track with Sebastian's and Armin's efforts (and 
everybody else's feedback) and we should continue there. Let's hope we 
can get the new website integrated soon. (see also some discussion on 
logo issues elsewhere)

Jan Ulrich, if you want to reuse the corporate design in some other 
place, I'd be interested in seeing what you come up with. Please share 
it with the group - we can make elements available in some document on 
the website (hopefully not hundreds of pages but just a couple :). 
Coordinate with Sebastian as needed - he's in charge of the design (he 
listens!)

I know you've been in communication with Felicia about some extra Grok 
images. Those are always cool to have! Please do coordinate the image 
work with Armin as well, as you might like a vector version and Armin's 
great at making those. :)

I'm happy to see so much energy surrounding presentation. I think that 
this is great for Grok and getting Grok to the people. I also agree with 
  Sebastian that we do need to channel energy into the framework and the 
documentation too (and luckily the documentation work seems to be really 
taking off!). Basically I'm trying to channel the energy wherever it 
wants to go though and making sure it gets used!
