[Grok-dev] an outline for the tutorial

Hi there,

I've sketched out an outline for the tutorial, here:

It contains my view of what the tutorial could look like when finished. 
Now only to write it all. :)

Doing this outline also lead me to identify more spots where Grok could 
be improved. I've added some bits to the TODO.txt list. Over the next 
few days I will try to start some design discussions about some of them.
