[Grok-dev] megrok.kss example

if you install megrok.kss according to the Newbie KSS Tutorial (work in 
progress by Thomas) you find here:

http://wiki.zope.org/grok/NewbieKSSTutorial

and name the application "kissme", then when you invoke it by:

http://localhost:8080/kissme

and klick on hello, you get:

Request failed at url http://localhost:8080/kissme/@@index/welcome, 
rid=0, client_reason="Response parsing error: ResponseParsingError: 
Unknown server error (invalid KSS response, no error info received)"

in firebug.

invoking it with:

http://localhost:8080/kissme/index

works.
