[Grok-dev] Simplifying the documentation page

I suggest dropping the search box since it is only a duplicate of the
searchbox in the Grok navbar. I also miss the "Contribute" part that
was under "Browse by topic", good to have many entry points for
contribution. Other than that I think it is a great improvement.
