Yes, if only we had the Sphinx workflow worked out, then we could simply
publish the book from SVN again. Right now it's a bit too much copy &
paste into Plone for my tastes to actually do it...

Unfortunately nobody seems to be making progress on the Sphinx stuff. I 
promise to extend both the developer notes and the tutorial if someone 
actually makes the Sphinx stuff work so that it's a step we can add here:

(though we should also have the ability to do publications of updated 
documentation between releases, I think)
