Glad to see Luciano submit a proposal after all!

Now we wait to see how many slots we get, to see how many of these 
projects make it through. It's possible we'll get an extension after 
today, as there was a lot of clamor for that this year. If so, we'll 
only find out about slots a bit later than anticipated.
