I know you will not believe, but Leo did not know I was going to
submit a proposal. In fact, *I* didn't know until yesterday. And the
project idea also ocurred to me only yesterday.

But the fact that is name appears in the proposal is not a
coincidence. We have previously worked together on Página-1 a
Zope-based CMS that was deployed in some of the largest portals in
Brazil, and also in smaller clientes. Unfortunately Página-1 was not
Open Source, so it died along with the company which owned it.
