[Grok-dev] proposal: splitting up View from PythonView

One further quick thought before I disappear until Friday: logically, we
should really name our two classes - if it's really a good idea - with
the names "View" and "TemplateView", since it's the more-specific,
more-specialized class that should get a qualifier, not the more-generic
one.

Again, I'm not sure the whole thing is even a good idea, but I'll be
thinking about it. :-)
