[Grok-dev] Time for a global_adapter?

Not completely, I think: people would still have problems with
grokui.admin 0.3 been listed in the Grok versions.cfg, which I think is
the input for releaseinfo/grok-x.x.cfg and the appropriate eggbasket,
right?

So, if we want to get rid of the nasty apidoc import error (which looks
like a grok error although it is not) we have to release a grokui.admin
with correct dependency requirements before (and change Groks
version.cfg). Luckily I could manage to do so yesterday. So this is not
a problem anymore.

In other words: there _is_ a loose coupling between stock grok and
grokcore.* / grokui.* packages. The latter depend on grok and grok in
turn lists them in the Known Good Set (grok-x.x.cfg), which grokproject
uses while generating new projects. Currently, people will get broken
projects.
