I'm curious that you're using a -ctl command (zopectl, right?).
If you upgrade grokproject you should get a project that includes
'paster' to start up Grok. We're moving to that as it's an emerging
standard to manage server processes in the Python world.

Did you update grokproject and explicitly asked it to create a zopectl
using --zopectl? Or did you not upgrade grokproject. I think both signal
potential problems.
