Sorry, my fault, I didn't realize the startup procedure had changed like
that, I didn't read the docs.
I couldn't find the zopectl in the bin dir anymore, but saw a test-ctl.exe
(I called my project 'test'), so I figured the zopectl.exe simply got
renamed, so I ran that one, which gave me that error.
Using paster works, though!
