[Grok-dev] Grok1.1 Windows

I'm trying to fix the grok1.1 packages for Windows.
I ran in my Windows VM a buildout, but I keep getting :

Installing test-grok.
Getting distribution for 'zope.container==3.11.0'.
error: Setup script exited with error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat
An error occured when trying to install zope.container 3.11.0. Look above this m
essage for any errors that were output by easy_install.
While:
  Installing test-grok.
  Getting distribution for 'zope.container==3.11.0'.
Error: Couldn't install: zope.container 3.11.0


Is there a way around this ?
