[Grok-dev] a box for the book on grok.zope.org?

Done.

I took the liberty to change some details of the CSS
now right column portlets on the site look decent
And the @@manage-portlets view can be really useful, as we can see the
portlets now :)

@Timo > you can dump the ploneCustom.css, if you don't mind ! Thank
