[Grok-dev] Martian ignore features

Hello,


  I have two remarks/questions about martian:

  - The release 0.11.2 which ignores .pyc doesn't work in Silva. If
    I use it I got actions ConflictErrors (some grokkers seems to be
    called twice). Everything works fine with 0.11.1 however. I didn't
    investigate to get more details on the why of this.

  - Lot of text editors creates temporary copies of edited files during
    the edition time, all starting with '.'. In Python you cannot even
    load a file starting with '.'. I guess we could ignore them by
    default as well, as this makes martian fails miserably.
