[Grok-dev] Grok on Python 3

Well I tried to upgrade Grok.install to Python 3, but ran into problems which are documented here.

This is the kind of problem which is best solved as part of a larger group, 
so I want to go and join the upcoming Zope 4 sprint in Germany in September.
