[Grok-doc] TASK: Verify that Windows installation howto works

THE OBJECTIVE of this task is to perform the steps in the install-on- 
ms-windows howto and verify that it works. You will also search the  
grok-dev archive in order to find ms windows related installation  
notes to be added to the howto. Update the blueprint with a short  
summary of changes (make sure you note the date of the entry).
