[Gsoc] Jan Smith a ZF SoC mentor

Hi,

I just registered Jan Smith as a SoC mentor. Jan is leader of the 
Australian Zope community and was admitted to the Zope Foundation as the 
first ZF member with the (still innoficial) status of "contributor of 
Zope value".
