[Gsoc] gradings and comments

Hi,

sorry for not writing a comment  on Thomas' application right away.  The 
comment is there now. I do think that gradings should be accompanied by 
comments.

The discussion on this mailinglist might be a bit rough in style, but I 
am greatly  enjoying the topics that it's bringing up.  As we say in 
Brazil: this kind of thing happens even in respectable families ("isso 
acontece nas melhores famílias").
