[Gsoc] MI: port Zope 3 to Jython

Hey,

Assuming a "first step" plan can be part of the GSoC depends a lot on:

* whether someone is willing to mentor it. Preferably someone with
Java experience.

* whether we can attract a Java and Python knowledgable student to work on it.

If you can show a good story there, it'll be more likely that your
project will be accepted (which in part depends on the collective
decision making of the mentors, if I remember last year's procedure
right).
