A more serious issue: the old zope.interface site, located at http://zope.org/Products/ZopeInterface/ - which the Twisted SVN repository has been linking to in a helpful import exception for years - seems to have been taken down recently.
Was this intentional? I really hope not. If it is, please at least set up a redirect or something to the PyPI page, and upload some older versions.
On a personal note, it was _VERY_ jarring to discover this in the middle of attempting to demonstrate some software for a client: first the old tried-and-true URL for getting the source code is broken, and then the newer version (available only through a pypi URL that google does not yet know about) tracebacks when I attempt to install it.
