[Interface-dev] Python 3 support on indefinite hold.

I'm dropping all efforts of porting things to python 3, including
zope.interface. The work in 90% done for Python code, 0% for the
c-optimizations. I'm available for questions about the code, should
somebody else want to continue the work.
