Well there is already one at http://www.gaaros.com:9673/FAQ/ParserCode. It
is really simple and it has benefited from comments by Martijn Pieters. I
would like to improve it so send me any suggestions. 

I think an XML version is handy as it allows for easy exporting,
processing and importing.
