I've been busy with other things so "SimpleDoc" hasn't started.
Like many projects, time for a complete rewrite (i.e. SimpleDoc)
hasn't been possible but incremental improvements will eventually
achieve the same goals! SDF 2.001 is due for release this week once I
finish testing it.
