[ZDP] Fwd: Selection Lists Draft Howto

I uploaded version 0.2 of the Selection List Howto.

Changes: I added a simple example showing how to fill a selection list from 
an external method. (Don't laugh when you see my code; I'm just getting 
started with Python.)

Feel free to send me your feedback about this draft. I plan to release the 
howto at the end of the week.
