[ZDP] Drafts

Hi all,

Drafts are published. 
Everybody can publish their drafts at ZBookStatus folder. If you don't have
yet an account, I'll give you one.

I followed this directive : 

the ID of the document is the Chapter ID : eg Chapter42_stx

= Chapter 4 part 2

Kamon, can you make your draft in Structured text? It would be easier to
publish. And I think it would also look nicer.

Simon, I believe your working on an intermediate tool?

ie. Easy adding of draft chapters and an 'Edit ME' button to every draft?
