[ZDP] ZBook Status updated

Hi again,

I have bad news and good news.

The bad news are:
I was not able to create my Structured text documents on zdp.zope.org. The
same document formatted correctly in my personnal folder on zope.org is not
rendering correctly on zdp.zope.org. Maybe it is a problem of size
limitation in Zope 1.x because the resulting file seems big. But I did not
try dividing it in 2 or 3 documents.
Consequently i kept things in my personal folder.

The good news are:
I updated ZBook Status accordingly with links to the material documents.
Also you can directly access them through:
www.zope.org/Members/Kemalus/Chapter32_stx
www.zope.org/Members/Kemalus/Chapter33_stx
