[ZDP] zzlocale italian translation

Hi, 
I would be interested in doing the zope interface translation 
for the italian language. How do I start? 
I think I have to install the zzlocale package and start
translating the files you mention on the zi18n web page. Is there
a way to do this online so that other people can contribute?
