Make a SnippetClass just like DraftClass, and then make a Controller
SnippetFolderClass just like DraftSubmissionFolder.

The model is available and programming the FAQ ZClasses 
is rather straightforward.

Yepp. You can create Task objects which you can collect in Phase
objects which you can collect in a Process object. If you just want
Tasks, then you will have to provide your own collector. Easy to do.

Members are plugged into the framework. You have a nice management interface
