[ZDP] Comments from BackTalk (DevGuide and Zope Book)

I realize this list is pretty dead.

I just added a feature to the BackTalk system (the system that runs
http://www.zope.org/Documentation/ZDG) that allows mail to be sent when a
visitor of the BackTalk Book makes a comment to any chapter of the book.

I'm wondering if it would be appropriate to include this list in the mail
distribution.  The intent would be to give a higher profile to comments made
to the current book-like Zope docs.
