[ZDP] Comments from BackTalk (DevGuide and Zope Book)

Hi think this is a great idea.
I'm sure people working on the orginal ZDP book are still on this list. (At
least I am). My interest id still directed to documentation for Zope, so do
the others I think. Including this email list would be a good approach.
