    To create an External Method choose *External Method* from the
    product add list. You will be taken to an add form where you must
    provide an id. Type "hello" into the *Id* field and "hello" in the
    *Function name* field and "Example" in the *Module name* field and
    click the *Add* button.  You should now see a new External Method
    object in your folder. Click on it. You should be taken to the
    *Properties* view of your new External Method as shown in [8-7].

       This is again for a Python, right?  How can one add an external method written in Perl?
