[ZODB-Dev] Is is safe to modify Persistent objects during a tpc_begin()?

Hello all,

I am using something like the TM.py and was curious if I could safely mod=
ify=20
Persistent objects during the Connection.tpc_begin() code.

This would append Persistent objects onto the Transaction._objects list v=
ia=20
the Transaction.register() method.

What do you think?
