[ZODB-Dev] ZODB3 3.1 release branch moved

Jeremy,

I've moved the ZODB3 release branch (ZODB3-3_1-branch) to branch off
the head of the trunk again, reflecting our decision to merge
everything from the trunk into the release branch.  You should
probably check out the branch and do your last-minute release edits
there; we can merge them back into the trunk after the release is
done.
