I documented fairly carefully the entire process here:

As noted, I've only gotten it to work with the chrism-install-branch of Zope
and ZEO HEAD.  The document needs some refinement.  I think it's a bit
monolithic and probably hard to follow.  Oh well, release early and often.

If you see anything obviously (or even not so obviously) dumb in my
configuration, please let me know.
