[Zope-Annce] exUserFolder Now at Sourceforge.

exUserFolder has opened at sourceforge to allow us to open some mailing
lists pertaining to the development.

http://exuserfolder.sf.net/ has links to the developers and users mailing
lists, as well as to the project on Source Forge itself.

Releases will still be continue to be listed at zope.org.
